College ministry has been a significant part of Johnson Street Church of Christ for over half a century! We enjoy serving a variety of young adults from students at Angelo State University, Howard College, to other college-aged men and women like those training at Goodfellow Air Force Base!
Rams for Christ offers many exciting opportunities to connect with other young adults that are seeking to know God better and to grow more into the likeness of Jesus! We are excited to meet you and welcome you along on the journey!
LEARNING, LIVING, LEADING…AND LOVING IT!
SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE CLASS & WORSHIP! The college Bible class meets at 9 am at the CCC (the Christian Campus Center at 1920 Johnson St.). It is a relaxed time of study, discussion & application…and coffee! Afterward, we gather for worship and sit together at the front, right corner in the auditorium.
SUNDAY NIGHTS, SMALL GROUPS…AND LOTS MORE! We refer to our Sunday night gathering as “Day-1”. It is a way to reconnect after the weekend and start the week off in community and focus on God. We meet at 7pm at the CCC for a free home-cooked meal by church small groups. Afterwards we worship, get into God’s word, and enter the week in prayerful response. On Monday and Tuesday nights college small groups meet on the ASU campus and elsewhere. These are a major way to plug in and grow in your faith! Other important facets of RFC life include guy’s & ladies’ activities, intramurals, service efforts, trips and fun down time. To connect and keep up with us, please follow our Rams for Christ social media platforms, and contact us through our website Ramsforchrist.com!
